Tupelo’s Mexican restaurants are spread out. The largest group is on Gloster Street (Acapulco, D’Casa Rancho Grill, Las Palmas and a Taco Bell), with more on West Main Street (El Agave, Zapata), on Sawmill and Kings Crossing drives (Chipotle, Don Julio) and on Coley Road, plus Loco Taco downtown.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Tupelo’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 16, 2026. OpenStreetMap had few Mexican places for Tupelo, so we added the rest from the state health department’s Lee County food facility list and Visit Tupelo’s directory. Most local Mexican restaurants here have no website of their own; we list them only where a 2026 state inspection confirms they are operating, with the phone number on the state record. We left off Costa Mexican Grill, whose own site gives a Belden address, and Cantina Del Sol, which has no 2026 inspection on record. The list is alphabetical.
