Tupelo is the town where Elvis Presley was born, and it still has a live music scene bigger than its size. A rock-and-roots bar on North Gloster Street has hosted future stars for more than a decade, a listening room on Cliff Gookin Boulevard books touring bands, and downtown bars and restaurants put on acoustic sets most weekends.
